Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead the user experience and interface design of one of Qareeb's product, our AI-powered video analytics platform. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and professional interfaces for a B2B security and industrial monitoring solution. The role requires strong thinking in information architecture, usability, and workflow optimization. You will work closely with product, frontend, backend, and AI teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clear and easy-to-use user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for a web platform.
• Define and improve user journeys across key modules such as alerts, live monitoring, reports, dashboards, and settings.
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Improve usability and workflow efficiency for security operators and industrial users.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system (components, typography, spacing, colors).
• Simplify complex AI-driven features into clear visual interactions.
• Optimize the platform for clarity, speed of use, and reduced cognitive load.
• Ensure consistency across modules and future feature expansions.
• Participate in product discussions and contribute to feature prioritization from a UX perspective.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design (preferably SaaS or B2B platforms).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web platform or dashboard design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or monitoring systems.
• Ability to structure complex workflows into simple and intuitive interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Attention to detail and strong visual consistency skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on security, video, AI, or industrial platforms.
• Experience designing alert systems or real-time monitoring interfaces.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile adaptation.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
